Local resources available at free ‘Small Business Basecamp’ pop-up

Entrepreneurs can get hands-on advice to grow their business at the free “Small Business Basecamp” pop-up event on March 22 at the Estate in Atlanta.

Pop-up partners include the DeKalb Chamber, Invest Atlanta, the University of Georgia’s Small Business Development Center, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, Atlanta Black Chambers, the Center for Working Families, Salesforce, Chase for Business, and SquareSpace.

Featured speakers are Bert Weiss, co-founder of Bert’s Big Adventure and host of “The Bert Show”; Dan Reeves, former Atlanta Falcons head coach; Laurie McCabe, co-founder and partner, SMB Group Inc.; David Cummings, founder of Atlanta Tech Village; and Brent Leary, co-founder and partner of CRM Essentials.

Local organizations and business solution providers will offer information, expert advice, exclusive discounts, and upcoming opportunities.

Participants will learn how to manage all of their customer relationships in the cloud, market their business on the web, set up health insurance and human resources, manage their small-business travel and finances, pitch their business to investors, and make connections with other business leaders.
