Video production, media literacy workshop for teens

Patrons 13 to 17 can participate in a 10-week video production and media literacy workshop beginning March 28 at the Wesley Chapel-William C. Brown Library.

The special event starts at 5:30 p.m. and is open to the first 16 participants.

Kids Video Connection and Emory University’s Department of Film and Media Studies will conduct the Introduction to Video Production & Media Literacy workshop on Tuesdays through May 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Students will be introduced to media literacy concepts, camera operations, video production and careers in media. Under the supervision of a professional producer, they will produce their own video autobiography project.
