The clarion call has gone out. Good health is worth embracing and celebrating. And on Jan. 28, that's what dozens of health care providers and East Metro residents — some of whom have faced poor health and were lucky enough to walk away — will do. So join them for the 2006 Health and Wellness Expo on the lower level of the Mall at Stonecrest and add your voices to the rising chorus for eating your veggies, exercising regularly, and getting regular check-ups. It's going to be quite the celebration!
